The process starts with well trained and trusted intermediaries or principals bringing forward qualified proposal for the us to determine if a good match is likely within a reasonable timescale and to analysis risk factors, principal’s ability to deliver and whether the proposal is "fit for purpose". This is done through our network of relationships with decades of experience in due diligence, underwriting and capital formation and placement.
